grassburr Handgun
Holster Process
grassburr holsters
are quickly becoming
known for their quality
and unique function.
We have incorporated the
finest leather
craftsmanship with our
patented grassburr
technology to bring the
best gun holster to you.
We wanted to
emphasize the strength
of the grassburr/Sticker
holster mounting
assembly. Here’s a short
presentation with
pictures to show how our
crew puts them together.

 |
We
pick high quality
leather
to manufacture
grassburr
handgun
holsters. |
|
| |
 |
As the
first
layer of
leather
is
formed,
the
mounting
bracket
casting
is
firmly
attached
in place
with two
brass
brads
inserted
through
existing
holes
and
clamped
on each
side of
the
holster.
|
|
| |
 |
A metal
support
tab is
installed
to
support
the
thumb-break
retention
system
and
adjustable
snap
assembly.
|
|
| |
 |
A
leather
inter-lining
is glued
into
place,
then
stitched
to
ensure
your
weapon
has no
exposure
to
metal.
|
|
| |
 |
The top
layer of
leather
is
placed
over the
mounting
bracket
and a
tight
stitch
is sewn
completely
around
the
mounting
bracket
to
ensure
there is
no
movement.
|
|
| |
 |
The completed
assembly is wet
fitted to
various gun
manufacturer
alum castings,
hand oiled and
sprayed with
leather sheen
for protection.
